Understand and align
I don’t just ask questions, I ask the right questions. I dig into user psychology, business constraints, team dynamics, and market signals to uncover what’s really going on. I turn scattered insights, fuzzy ideas, and half-baked goals into clear, focused direction. If a brief doesn’t exist, I’ll help build it. If the strategy is murky, I’ll clarify it. That’s where the work really starts.
Design and collaborate
I move from strategy to systems with speed and intention. Every screen I design is grounded in business goals, user insights, and practical constraints. I annotate clearly and structure files so cross-functional teams can easily follow along. I believe in collaboration that’s honest and proactive — not just checking a box. You’ll always know why I made a design decision, not just what I did.
Test and adapt
My work doesn’t have to stop at the handoff. I validate designs through experimentation, testing, and ongoing iteration. Whether it’s an A/B test, a usability study, or post-launch analysis, I believe in learning fast and improving faster. I’m not afraid to change direction when the data demands it. I make sure insights feed directly into the next round of work.

Hi! I'm Ivana
I'm a Senior Product Designer and UX Generalist with 8+ years of experience experience turning complex chaos into intuitive digital products. From scaling Fintech and Web3 platforms to streamlining HR Tech and Agritech data, I've spent my career bridging the gap between user needs and engineering reality.
My design philosophy centers on understanding the problem deeply before proposing solutions. I believe the best design work happens when you're curious about the business context, empathetic to user needs, and pragmatic about constraints.
I'm particularly drawn to challenges at the intersection of technology and human behavior—whether that's designing trustworthy interfaces for on-chain transactions, creating gamification systems that feel rewarding without being manipulative, or visualizing complex data in ways that enable better decisions.
What sets me apart is how I build. I've traded traditional handoffs for a high-velocity "vibe coding" workflow. By integrating Cursor, Lovable, v0, and Claude Code directly into my design process, I move from a Figma concept to a functional, buildable prototype in hours.
